Solimar is a multidisciplinary artist. Her focus on the environment and the preservation of trees and flora has led to works influenced by ecological elements that are changing in the current landscape. Documenting the infinite beauty of indigenous and naturally thriving tree species by photographing, drawing and painting each one with their own unique characteristics has become an integral part of her practice. Her work explores a variety of aspects in producing hand silkscreened artworks and paintings based on her observational drawings in the environment of the United Arab Emirates, where she has been living for over twenty years.

Solimar currently has a solo exhibition at the XVA Gallery in the historic district of Al Fahidi, Dubai from January 25 - March 11, 2023. Her recent exhibits have been at the MEI Art Gallery, Middle East Institute in Washington D.C., United States, as well as, Tashkeel Art Gallery, Sikka Art Festival, Festival of Arts Gallery, and the Capital Club of Dubai. Her artworks are in private collections and in luxury hotels around the world. Solimar has designed custom carpets for the Four Seasons Resort Dubai at Jumeirah Beach, textiles for international brands, as well as collaborations with revered designers. Miller has contributed an article to Canvas Magazine issue 103 with an accompanying artwork feature. Solimar has a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Textile Surface Design from the Fashion Institute of Technology, New York, as well as studied Illustration at Parsons School of Design in New York. She was nominated for The Salama bint Hamdan Emerging Artists Fellowship 2023 and is a member of Tashkeel Studio, Dubai.
